Order

How can I place an order?

Ordering is super simple: After placing the desired items in your basket, you can complete your order by clicking the »checkout« button. This will take you to the checkout process where you will then need to enter your billing and shipping details

What happens after my order has been placed?

After the payment has successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email (please be sure to check your spam folder if it is not in your inbox). Then we will get your order packed and ready to be shipped, this may take 12 - 48 hours. Finally, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included.

Where's my tracking number?

Tracking information is available within 3-7 days from purchase. Tracking details will be supplied once your order has been shipped. You will get an email confirming shipment of your orders, this will contain the tracking number. If you did not receive any message from us after 7 days from purcahse, please contact our support team at contact us page, or reply to your Order Confirmation email.

Is my personal information secure?

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments safely

Can I amend my order?

We try to process orders as quick as possible to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before it is shipped out, but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order

How long does delivery take?

United States - Please allow 5 - 10 business days.

Rest of the world - Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the items to arrive in the following countries: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland. 

Please note: If you ordered multiple items from our store, the items may be shipped from different warehouses in separate packages. Each package will have their own tracking number.

Do you ship worldwide??

Yes, Boho Peak ships products worldwide every day. Shipping is available for almost every country around the world.

What are your processing times?

While we strive to get every order shipped as quick as possible, there may sometimes be small delays. The order processing time is gnerally within 24 hours but might take up to 5 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you

Where is my order confirmation email/shipping confirmation email?

An order confirmation email will be sent out to your nominated email address immediately after purchase, while the shipping confirmation email will generally take 12 - 48 hours. Please make sure to check your spam folders if you do not see these emails in your inbox. If you still cannot see these emails, please reach out to our customer support team.

I'm having payment issues

If you experience a problem when paying with a credit or debit card at the checkout, we recommend you to try following actions:
